This spacious four bedroom house, is in a safe, tranquil, residential area which is fully enclosed. Has a beautiful garden with lots of bird life, there is a gazebo,  braai area and swiming pool, and is also pet friendly. 

The house consists of three large bedrooms (main room may be converted to a king size bed or two single beds), and is en-suite, 2nd bedroom has two three quarter beds, 3rd bedroom has a double bed and a bunkbed (family room can sleep four), 4th bedroom is a small bedroom and has one single bed. There is a total of three bathrooms.

A fully equipped kitchen with a diner, the lounge has a sleeper couch (for children under 12) and  has a digital tv with an openview decoder. You are welcome to bring your own decoder one satelite point is availble. (not smart decoders) A full DSTV bouquet can be arranged at an extra cost.

Enclosed  parking with automated gate.  Propery consists:  House and two cottages

Enjoy a 10min walk with your pet to the nearest swimming beach by Ski boat Club (two and half blocks away and need to cross over R102).  Both cottages and beach are pet friendly.
